In this section, we will help you understand the principles of pricing. Below, you will find our base prices for pickup in New Jersey. Our cabins are designed to be modular and complementary, functioning on the Lego principle.

The primary building blocks are 20ft and 40ft units (see exact specifications in the Dimensions and Technical Characteristics section). These blocks can serve as standalone cabins or form a larger composition, expanding the area and functionality of the living space by increasing the footprint of the first floor or adding a second level. Additional balconies or terraces can also be included. At the customer’s request, we offer both empty cabins and pre-setup options that come with built-in appliances and furniture. Customers have the freedom to choose what they need and what they prefer to purchase locally.

Floor plans and final costs are tailored and agreed upon with each client individually. This section provides only a basic understanding of pricing for initial budgeting purposes. Delivery costs also vary depending on your location, and our specialists are available to assist with these calculations.
